By accessing or using ClientWin OS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your content and AI outputs
You are responsible for the information you enter and anything you send to clients or platforms. AI-generated drafts, fit scores, pricing suggestions, and similar outputs are assistive only. You must review and edit outputs before use. We are not responsible for messages you send after accepting AI suggestions.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee client replies, wins, hires, revenue, income, or any particular business result. Past patterns shown in analytics or Platform Intelligence benchmarks (if enabled) do not promise future performance.
Plans, limits, and fair use
Usage is subject to plan limits shown in the app, including monthly:
- Proposal generations (full proposal kit create or regenerate)
- AI Actions (fit, pricing, matching, refine, imports, analytics AI insights, and similar)
- Separate fair-use caps where shown (for example Proof Import or Personalized Help)
We may block requests when limits are reached, when internal AI cost safeguards apply, when AI or workflow access is disabled for your account, or when required by law or abuse investigation. Blocking a request does not refund usage already consumed in that billing period unless Razorpay, your payment provider, or our support process says otherwise.
Free plan time window
The Free plan includes a limited 7-day window after account creation during which AI and workflow features are available under Free monthly limits. After that window, new AI and workflow actions require a paid upgrade, but you may still sign in, view saved work, adjust settings, and use non-AI features described in the product.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are sold through Razorpay checkout in India (INR). Renewals, cancellations, taxes, and payment disputes are handled under Razorpay's terms and the plan you select.
Refund eligibility follows Razorpay's policies and any written refund rules we publish at checkout or in Help. Please contact support at clientwinos@gmail.com if you believe a charge is incorrect.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
- Attempt to bypass quotas, cost guards, authentication, or admin controls
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service without permission
- Upload content that infringes others' rights or violates platform rules you use
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse limits, interfere with other users, or create security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time; cancel paid paid subscriptions by contacting Support as described in your account.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
Specific liability caps, governing law, and dispute resolution will be added after legal review.
